
Precious Tots Class (age 2 years)
Movement, imagery, motor skills, stretching, light acrobatics, the most basic elements of ballet, movement with praise dance instruments (streamers, tambourines, etc) and having fun.
Class Length: 30 minutes/weekly
Precious Dancers Class I (ages 3-5 years)
We focus on classical ballet, liturgical and light acrobatics During ballet we explore stretching, strengthening and motor skills especially designed for little bodies; creative movement (frog leaps, fly like a butterfly), classical ballet positions while learning French terminology with movement. Followed by liturgical instruction, the dancers discover the joy of moving with different dance instruments such as flags, streamers, scarves, and other instruments while setting their hearts upon the Lord through age appropriate praise and worship music.
Class Length: 45 minutes/weekly
Precious Dancers Class II (ages 5-6 years)
A continuation of classical ballet, liturgical and light acrobatics introduced in the PD I class; classical ballet feet and arm positions; basic ballet exercises, learning French terminology with movement; motor skills introduced in PD I evolve into ballet steps (step slide becomes chasse) refinement of motor skills (skipping, leaps). In a manner they continue to build upon their expertise gained in PD I during liturgical time in regard to dance instruments such as flags, streamers, tambourines and other intruments as they set their hearts upon the Lord through age appropriate praise and worship music.

Ballet 1 (age 6-8 years) (age 9-12 years)
Classical ballet curriculum from beginner through intermediate levels. As the dancer grows more proficient, the exercise at the barre and floor work become more complicated, although based on the same movements taught to beginners.
Class Length: 1 hr/twice weekly
Adult Ballet
Stretch and strengthen; beginner, intermediate ballet. Beginners and/or adults who danced as children, and those who have danced their whole life will find a welcoming, friendly, supportive atmosphere in a class with other adults who love to move.
Class Length: 1 hr/twice weekly
Liturgical 1 (age 6-8 years) (9-12 years)
Each lesson begins with prayer and a mini-teaching on worshipping the Lord as pertaining to dance. Then the students are lead through a series of exercises designed to strengthen the body all the while teaching gracefulness and coordination needed for dance. Monthly the students learn a new facet of the liturgical dance taught at PDA such as flags, streamers, tambourines, scarves, signing to music, dance interpretation and more.
